By using the xleg.ca website or purchasing an XLEG device, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
xleg.ca is operated by Robinson Exotech Corp, a company incorporated in Alberta, Canada. References to "XLEG", "we", "us", or "our" throughout these terms refer to Robinson Exotech Corp.
2. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this site in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other user's experience. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, logos, and videos — is the intellectual property of Robinson Exotech Corp and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
3. Product Orders & Pricing
All prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Each XLEG is custom-made based on your body measurements. For this reason, production begins only after you submit your measurement information following purchase. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our e-commerce platform. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Robinson Exotech Corp does not store your full credit card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
XLEG ships to the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or customs processing. Robinson Exotech Corp is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. A $50 USD restocking fee applies. Custom-fitted components are non-refundable once production has commenced.
7. Limitation of Liability
The XLEG is a mobility assistance device intended to support non-weight bearing recovery when used as directed. Robinson Exotech Corp is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of the product, failure to follow medical advice, or use of the device in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Always consult your physician before using any medical device.
8. Intellectual Property
All XLEG product designs, patents, trademarks, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of Robinson Exotech Corp. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of XLEG products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
10. Changes to These Terms
Robinson Exotech Corp reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
