Your recovery comes first. If XLEG isn't the right fit, we'll make it right — no complicated process, no runaround.
14-Day Return Window
If the XLEG isn't the right solution for your recovery, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, minus a $50 USD restocking fee. The device must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Most customers know within a few hours whether XLEG is right for them. If you're unsure or need help getting started, our team is available via email or a Zoom/Teams video call to assist with initial setup before you decide to return.
We understand that surgeries and recovery timelines can be unpredictable. If your circumstances fall outside the 14-day window — for example, a delayed surgery or a change in your recovery plan — please contact us. Our policy is designed to be flexible and fair, and we handle every situation individually.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@xleg.ca or call toll-free 1-844-THE-XLEG (1-844-843-9534) within 14 days of receiving your XLEG.
- Our team will confirm your return eligibility and provide return shipping instructions.
- Package your XLEG securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a tracked shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned device, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, minus the $50 USD restocking fee.

Conditions
Returns are accepted only for devices in original, undamaged condition. XLEG reserves the right to decline a refund if the device shows signs of misuse or damage beyond normal wear during the trial period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
